Dr. Isaias Rivera

I was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, USA. I completed the Ph.D. program in Cultural and Educational Policy Studies, specialized in Philosophy of Education and Comparative Education at Loyola University Chicago in 2010. While at Loyola University Chicago I also earned a Master of Arts in Applied Philosophy. As an undergraduate student, I attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock; there I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and a Minor in English in 1998. I have lived and worked in Mexico, Peru, The United States, Hungary, The Czech Republic, Spain and Poland. I have also had the opportunity to work on educational policy and development programs in Canada, China and currently in Colombia.
